Tatiana Tiburcio is an actress, director, and casting director. She has performed with Cia dos Comuns and worked as an actress and movement/choreography director with Companhia Amok Teatro. For her performance in the play “Salina, a última vértebra,” she was nominated for a Shell Award for Best Actress in 2015. Together with Lázaro Ramos, she directed the play “O Método Grönholm,” for which she received a nomination for the Shell São Paulo Award for Best Direction in 2020. Tiburcio was responsible for casting the film Executive Order (2019) and the special Falas negras (2020), both of which were directed by Lázaro Ramos. In the latter, she played Mirtes, the mother of Miguel, a boy who was killed by his employer in Recife during the pandemic. This performance earned her the APCA Award for Best Actress. Tiburcio starred in the Paramount+ series “As Seguidoras” and the feature film “Nosso Sonho: A História de Claudinho e Buchecha,” for which she also did the casting. She starred in the Amazon series “Amar é Para os Fortes” and was one of the protagonists of the Paramount Anderson “Spider” Silva: Miniseries. Her most recent TV role was in the 2023 soap opera “Terra e Paixão.” She is currently part of the cast of the Disney+ series “Passinho, o Ritmo dos Sonhos.”
